flood has several key leadership components to ensure that its mission is executed and maintained. The Executive Director works closely with a Board of Directors to guide and support the overall function of the organization. A Student Leadership Board (SLB) serves to oversee and facilitate aspects relating specifically to students and their work in the community. A Prayer Team supports flood through prayer and consistently lifts students, board members, partners, and the individuals God calls us to serve on a daily basis.
