the methods

Students want to get involved and serve their communities. flood has 5 different “saturation methods” to provide them the opportunities to serve the Metropolitan Atlanta area and make a difference in the lives of others.

school chapters

Chapters are the primary method for students to serve. These clubs are set up in either a middle or a high school. Each chapter partners with other non-profit organizations in the local community and helps them meet the needs of those they serve.

the ARK project

Monthly group projects bring flood chapters and other students in the Metro Atlanta area together to serve in partnership with various non-profit organizations. Students are encouraged to get on board and bring a friend.

get wet

Local short-term mission trips are scheduled during spring and summer breaks to give students the chance to experience missions close to home.

bring on the rain

At various time throughout the school year, special service projects take place. For example, we celebrate the MLK Jr. Holiday, sponsor a city-wide weekend of service, and host an end of the year service event.

church partnerships

Partnerships with area churches provide on-going, local mission opportunities for students.
